The definition of “geekette” is essentially the same as the definition of “geek” found here with one major difference… Everyone knows a geek, but geekettes are more difficult to spot (and believe).

While at the pre-launch event of Paris Games Week (wooooo!), I had the opportunity to talk with the fine people from Ubisoft’s HR Department about my hopes to visit their Montreal office. No dice. However, I also got to talk with them about their new baby Ubisphere.

For those who do not know what a “geek” is, here’s my definition:

Today, after having had many meanings over time, a geek is a passionate, often computer literate person who, by extension, is interested in all adjoining topics (science fiction, heroic fantasy, role playing, manga, video games, etc.).
